Positive Affirmations for the Morning


(The Mind Unleashed) When we first wake up in the morning we have a great deal of influence over how our day unfolds. This is because we are (usually) well rested and we’ve had time to clear out most of the negativity from the day before. Because your day is a blank slate at this time, it’s a great idea to set aside a few positive affirmations for the morning to get your day started off on the right foot.
Morning affirmations are best used when you first wake up, and before you get too far into your day. The longer we are awake, the more likely we will encounter disruptions and irritations that can sour our moods, so try to remember to use your affirmations before you really get going.
For best results, be sure to only pick affirmations that make you feel good and resonate with your personal truth. 
Using affirmations that do not feel good to you will not help you, so please be selective with this list!

The Divine Solar Feminine And Ascension

The divine solar feminine energies channel to us through the Pleiades star system and Venus. This pathway was chosen by the creator for a very specific reason.

It’s happening. We rapidly approach the end of a major cycle of fear and separation. We also enter a new cycle of peace and harmony.
Many thousands of emissaries of light, now in position around the globe, are ready to anchor the next influx of high frequency light. This will reach us in waves from the great central sun between now and 2018.
These upcoming waves of light are being channeled to us through the divine solar feminine aspect of the 12th dimensional golden ray. Its mission is to balance and unify us, within and without. Thus, it brings us into alignment with universal law and divine order.

Development of the Solar Feminine

Outside the central still point of creation, the universe is always seeking to find balance. Opposites make up the realm of duality. There is light/dark, male/female, increase/decrease, yin/yang. The sun (traditionally all masculine) and moon (traditionally all feminine) have been considered opposites too. However, in reality this is a gross oversimplification and one that has caused the energies of the masculine and feminine to become disqualified throughout the dark ages.
For many thousands of years, as we passed through a cycle of separation from wholeness, the earth’s energetic polarity has been tipped in favor of the masculine. For most of this time the feminine has been undervalued, ignored and in many cases even demonized.
The feminine has been associated with the subconscious, hidden, and often darker side of humanity. By conceptualizing in this way we forgot that the sun and moon actually contain both polarities, just as we do. We will only find balance and unity when we remember and embody the truth that the all is in everything.

Solar Feminine and Soul Re-calibration

As the Earth now moves closer to our source of light, the galactic center, it is necessary for our souls (sols) to be re-calibrated. In this way, our light bodies can receive the higher frequencies of light.
The trigger for this re-calibration and activation of our crystalline light bodies is the divine solar feminine aspect of the golden ray. It arrives with the purpose of bringing the masculine and feminine aspects of the divine back into unity and balance. It also uplifts us all with the qualities of peace, balance, harmony, courage, strength, beauty, creativity, unconditional love, compassion, abundance, and joy.
The divine solar feminine energies channel to us through the Pleiades star system and Venus. This pathway was chosen by the creator for a very specific reason. By stepping down the golden ray through these predominantly feminine cosmic entities bring back into balance the masculine and feminine polarities of Earth.

The Energies of the Solar Feminine Bring Balance

The Mayan civilization revered both the Pleiades and Venus. They knew that during the dawning of this new cycle these celestial bodies would play an important role. They serve in re-balancing our spiritual, mental, emotional and physical bodies. Thus, it allows us to integrate the higher frequencies of light.
Incarnated into every culture are crystal humans. These crystal humans are channels for the golden ray to enter the Earth’s consciousness grid. Crystal humans facilitate activation of the diamond light codes, triggering the upgrade of our collective DNA. When the light quotient we receive from the galactic center is high enough the crystal humans awaken to their purpose. That time is now.
When our light bodies become crystalline we can embody Christ Consciousness. Therefore, we have the experience of wholeness and oneness with the creator.
The solar goddess is here now and she is the key to the next phase of our transition. She is both nurturing and courageous and she will bring us much comfort during these final phases of transmutation. May we all feel her strength in our hearts and her joy in our souls as we herald the new golden age of peace.

How to Stop Worrying in 4 Minutes

To most of us, worrying is a part of our daily life. We worry about our finances and our families, we worry about what others think of us, we worry about the state of the world, and, oddly enough, we worry about our health —even though research shows worrying about our health only makes it worse. (I guess that’s one more thing to worry about it.)
But no matter what brand of worry you favour, we can all likely agree on one thing: Worrying serves no purpose in our lives.
I don’t know about you, but I’ve never heard a single news story where someone was saved by another person’s worry, and I feel pretty confident I won’t in the future, either.
Just to be clear, I’m not suggesting that we remove worry from our lives altogether, since it is a natural part of being human, but I am hoping to provide you all with a tool that gives you the power to end it on demand.
That tool is a 4 minute video titled A Guide to Worrying, put together by and posted on the YouTube channel exurb1a, which is quickly becoming one of funniest sources for informational and thought-provoking videos laced with sarcasm and wit.

The Power in Humour

Humour is a powerful thing. It can take even the most serious of subjects, like worry or anxiety, and transform it into something we can all relate to and laugh over.
While there are certainly some challenges in life that humour cannot solve, the list of things it can improve is far longer. In dealing with anxiety, for example, I often encourage others to create a list of the funniest moments in their life thus far.
No matter how down in the dumps we may feel, we all have those moments in our memory bank where we cried or fell to the floor in laughter over. Having a list of those moments to refer to can be an incredibly powerful tool when faced with many forms of hardship.
Finding the strength to look over that list when bogged down may not elicit the same reaction it once did, but it is sure to remind you of the lighter moments in life. Reminding yourself that you are capable of enjoying life as much as you did in any of those moments can often not only reveal the many kinks in your challenges’ armour, but also crack a much needed smile on your face.

Do It for You

It’s important to remember that the greatest motivation for you to overcome worry should be your personal well-being.
As the video reminds us, others are far too concerned with their own challenges to give much of their energy to your own. So rather than preoccupying yourself worrying about how others see you, instead focus on what the worry is holding back from doing and becoming.
Choose to set yourself free from the worry, not to end an unwanted experience but to unlock the freedom you are entitled to.

8 Amazingly Cheap And Simple Ways To Holistically Detox

We’re approaching a new year and so as usual people are gathering their intentions and looking to make positive changes. Why wait until the new year to detox though? Put these amazing little daily habits into action right now!

1. Half a Lemon a day keeps the doctor away

Squeeze half a lemon into a cup of hot water and savor the zesty taste of lemon. It might feel like a chore at first but soon you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it. It’s high in vitamin C to keep your immune system boosted. Your gut will love you for absorbing this natural detox aid first thing in the morning before it comes into contact with anything else. Lemons help purify our blood and balance our PH levels. There are too many health benefits to mention here but all in all a nice cup of hot lemon water daily will keep your body replenished!

2. Speaking of Water…

We all know we should drink more water but it’s one of those things that slips by the way side. I highly recommend buying a BPA-free Bobble filter bottle; it’s way cheaper than buying individual bottles every day and is much kinder to the planet. They have the capacity for 1 liter so you know if you’re drinking two bottles per day you’re doing it, you’re finally doing it! I’ll be honest, often I only get through 1 liter a day (on top of herbal tea). However, I know that this is such an important part of keeping my system nice and clean by flushing away all those everyday toxins. I get so sick of needing the bathroom (as I’m sure many readers will relate), however, the body will soon adjust, the more we get into this highly beneficial daily habit. It can take 12-24 months for the body to fully re-hydrate so let’s get to it!

3. Practice Daily Self Care

Love yourself, you’re worth it! Take a long hot bubble bath or go watch an uplifting film. Think of yourself like a computer; whatever you input in to your sensory system will either nourish or hinder you. Taking time to relax and do things you enjoy everyday is essential to keep all those feel good endorphins traveling around your brain. When our mind is relaxed our body is relaxed and thus aids the natural detoxification process. It is also helpful to get into healthy habits such as using a dry brush to scrape away dead skin cells. This is especially useful to avoid or reduce cellulite. My personal favourite method of self-care is taking a hot bath filled with Epsom Sea Salt. I do this around once per week and it keeps me in great shape, mentally and physically. I can literally feel all the stuck energy unwind around my body for hours following a salt bath. As well as putting me into the deepest state of relaxation, it also clears my head and my respiratory system. Give it a go. The more you add, the deeper it will penetrate your system and detox your body!

4. Put yourself in the hands of somebody else

The best investment you can make, is taking care of your health and wellbeing. On top of daily self care, let a trained therapist care for you too. By regularly treating yourself to massages or reiki you are explicitly revealing to yourself ‘I am worth looking after and I deserve to feel good’. Massage and Reiki Therapy naturally aid detoxification because they put the body in its natural state of relaxation. Relaxation is the key to a healthy system that circulates clean blood to our organs, removing toxins and aiding natural bodily rhythms.

5. Sack off the Gym

If you hate going to the gym, don’t go. It’s as simple as that. Do the type of exercise that makes you feel good. You don’t have to pay to go out to a class if it’s not your bag. Do some yoga at home or put some music on and dance! Just keep moving. Walking in nature every day is so good for the soul and the gradual culmination of this simple daily habit will melt away all the physical, mental and emotional junk you’ve been holding on to. Of course, if you love the gym go for it. But the point is, just do the things you enjoy that make you sweaty. When we sweat, our bodies pour out toxins. I personally prefer a sauna to a gym!

6. Go Organic

If you can’t afford to go 100% organic, at least educate yourself on the best choices on which organic foods to buy. There is lots of information out there on the internet on which foods retain most pesticide residue. Just google ‘the dirty dozen’ foods that are best eaten organic. I heard an alarming fact the other day; that when tumors are removed from the body, they contain mostly pesticides. Also, when my uncle was diagnosed with terminal cancer, the doctors advised him to eat entirely organic. Why do doctor’s wait until it gets to this stage before they educate the populace? Don’t get yourself too hung up on what you eat though because the quest for clean eating in itself may turn into an unhealthy mental grasp for control. Much more important is the way we feel when we eat. Do you multi-task or do you sit down and enjoy your food in silence? When we’re stressed, our cortisol levels rise, which may lead to pour food choices as the body is flooded with this ‘fight or flight’ hormone. It’s good to find a balance and stick to whole foods that are 100% natural (look for labels marked ‘no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives’) and avoid GM (Genetically Modified) foods. Avoiding artificial substances frees your bodies natural abilities to process what enters our system. Everybody is different and what works well for some people is bad for others. Educate yourself and spend time eliminating certain foods from your diet to experiment with the way you feel.

7. They don’t call it beauty sleep for nothing

During a recent study conducted by Maiken Nedergaard (co-director of the Center for Translational Neuromedicine at the University of Rochester Medical Center), she and her colleagues unexpectedly found that sleep may be the period when the brain cleanses itself of toxic molecules. In simple terms, when the brain sleeps, our brain waves change. In this relaxed state of mind we allow more space for our bodies natural cleansers to wash away toxin build up. If you find it difficult getting to sleep, Dr Victor E Frankl (in his esteemed book Man’s Search for Meaning) suggests doing the opposite of trying to get to sleep. I have found journaling to be very effective during periods of restlessness. When we can’t sleep, the simple act of unloading the mind of all worries and anxieties from pen to paper helps restore a relaxed state of being. There are some amazing free resources on You Tube that can help ‘entrain’ your brain into more relaxed states of being too. Just search for ‘Binaural Beats for relaxation’, plug in your head phones (on a gentle setting) and simply breath.

8. How do you talk to yourself when you look in the mirror?

Next time you look in the mirror be mindful of your thoughts. Is your head full of negative self-chatter or do you make eye contact and silently send yourself love? I used to speak to myself horrendously before I realized. I wouldn’t speak to my worst enemy the way I used to speak to my poor old self. Spend some time looking at yourself in the mirror and telling yourself what you appreciate or like about yourself. Stick something fun to the mirror to remind you to make a daily habit out of sending love to yourself. If you don’t love yourself then how do you expect to behave? How do you expect your body to react to this behaviour? Do you comfort eat? Do you binge drink? Are you over weight or pasty and red-eyed as a result of your behavior? What needs to change? Only you can change it. And it all starts with self-love.

Science Has Proven That Group Meditation Literally Changes The World

 Not a lot is truly understood about quantum physics, but one thing science is at least a little bit sure of is that mass meditation has quantum results on both the meditator and the world.
In 1978, researchers discovered what they call the Maharishi Effect. They discovered it when a group meditation of 7,000 people took place and they all meditated with the intention of having a positive effect on the city. They did this for 3 weeks. The results of that group meditation transformed the city’s crime rates, acts of violence, and death. There was an average reduction in all three by 16%. Impressive!
Since then, more than 50 studies have been conducted on the Maharishi effect with varied results. Most studies indicate the clear power of meditation to transform global life and patterns.
When the study was repeated in Wales, they got amazing results. In 1987 Merseyside had the third highest crime rate of the eleven largest Metropolitan Areas in England and Wales; by 1992 it had the lowest crime rate. 40% below levels predicted by the previous behaviour of the series. There were 255,000 less crimes in Merseyside from 1988 to 1992 than would have been expected had Merseyside continued to follow the national crime trend.”
These results truly are incredible. It’s wonderful to see meditation have such a profound effect. To add to this thought, David Edwards, a Professor of Government at the University of Texas at Austin says:
“I think the claim can be plausibly made that the potential impact of this research exceeds that of any other ongoing social or psychological research program. It has survived a broader array of statistical tests than most research in the field of conflict resolution. This work and the theory that informs it the most serious consideration by academics and policy makers alike.”

Declassified Document Suggests Many of Us May Have Superhuman Powers

A recently declassified document that was unearthed through the Freedom of Information Act, suggests that the Chinese government has conducted massive-scale studies on superhuman powers like telepathy, psychokinesis, approbation, aerokinesis, clairsentience, clairaudience, and more. The US Central Intelligence Agency was appraised of these studies, and could have conducted similar investigations, all while keeping the results hidden from the general public.
The document titled, “Chronology of Recent Interest in Exceptional Functions of The Human Body in the People’s Republic of China” can be found on the CIA’s website, and details studies which the Chinese government and other agencies funded to test thousands of children to see if they had superhuman abilities.
