When a planetary Civilization reaches some degree of evolution, its aspirations naturally turn to the stars; she feels the need to get in touch with other civilizations and have all kinds of interactions and exchanges.

Due to the fact that space is its main action field, the countless staff of the Federation works most of the time aboard gigantic space stations called Motherships or aboard individual shops when situations require it. Showing themselves in large scale to civilizations unaware of their existence would be a violation of the Universal Laws, creating disturbances.

Ships that do not belong to the Galactic Federation have less advanced technology. They have a lighting like a simple car. Their radiance is unrefined.
